My ideas get stretched, pulled, rejected, embellished, and questioned everyday. My creative leadership and depth of production experience and instincts guide me, and my curiosity drives me.
I celebrate the beauty of the collaborative effort as “Production” is a team sport. As a leader, I listen and learn and adjust True North accordingly. I aim to simplify the complexity and to have a good experience while doing it.
